Car Party Decorations and Activities

Here are some of the decorations and activities I had for E's party:

Banner, and his #2 (I'm going to do one every year to match the themes of his parties)

Stoplight Beanbag Toss - none of the older kids came to the party, so nobody actually played this. We've had fun at home though!

Monster Truck Bowling - Again - nobody touched it, but I now have some bowling pins for home!

E loves anything that moves - so I made a collage of all of his pictures and made the banner that says "on the move"

Favor cones and Mater cake (made by Tracy and Sydney) from the websites listed at the end of the post.

Street table cloths using dollar store plastic cloths and yellow cardstock, and checkered flag banner from the dollar store!

Stoplight (borrowed from school) and checkered fabric as table runners

Car Party Food

Here's a list of the food I had for E's Car Party... Some I have pictures of, some I don't.

Antifreeze (lemonade w/ blue food coloring)
Motor Oil (grape  Hawaiian Punch)
Wheel Pasta Salad
CAR-viar (Cowboy caviar - I had so many requests for it that I had to make it)
Dipsticks (Carrot and celery sticks)
Stoplight Brownies (using m&m's)
Apple Cars (grapes as the wheels)

Car Shirt

This year for E's birthday shirt I found a cute idea on Pinterest here. I was wandering through the grocery store and found a dog toy shaped like a tire! Perfect! I used black puffy fabric paint so it would have a bit of texture when I rolled it on.
