This is a messenger - type bag, but really simple, that I made to use on Trek.
Here is one of the skirts I wore. It took a ton of fabric but it was pretty easy to make. I also took a men's dress shirt and cut off the collar and tweaked it a bit to use as my top. Ignore my nastiness in the second picture... it was hot!!
